A Romantic Giveaway!!!

Until the will and the affections are brought under the authority of Christ, we have not begun to understand, let alone accept, His Lordship. The Cross, as it enters the love life, will reveal the heart’s truth.
~Elisabeth Elliot

  1. While I am not married yet, I have read this book of Ravi's, and LOVED it. It was so amazing. It was a library copy, so I couldn't underline, but I wrote down plenty of things from it. I just really loved that book - so great for so many reasons.
Thank you for this sweet giveaway! :)

  4. Dear Mrs. Neal,
What a lovely giveaway! I love the mug and scarf especially. :) That book looks soooo good. I haven't really watched any marriage movies, but I think I have read a couple godly encouraging books that talk a little about marriage. I can't remember the titles though.

I hope you have a wonderful day!
    Love in Christ,

  13. What a fun giveaway! My hubs and I have read some of Dennis and Barbara Rainey's devotional books for couples, and we've loved those. They give questions for conversation for couples. As for movies, Courageous, with Alex Kendrick was so good. I love the call to men to become the men, husbands and fathers God has called them to be. And Deborah Raney's novel, A Vow to Cherish, left me loving my husband more and thinking about the different stages of marriage. I know these are fiction, but stories speak to me. :)

It's nice to "meet" you through Holly Barrett's Testimony Tuesday link up.

  22. Thanks for stopping by the Homemaking Party! There are so many great nonfiction books out there to encourage us in Christian marriage so I decided to try to think of a fiction book and was reminded of the author, Janette Oke. I read a lot of her Christian romance books when I was a newly married bride and they really helped me develop a heart for my husband and the new adventure God had put me on as his wife. Thanks for the giveaway!

    Blessings,
    Mrs. Sarah Coller
